  • Upward Trends: Appraisals, listings and unconditional sales are all trending upwards, with some months outperforming the previous year by almost 40%.
  • Seasonal Strengths: February and May remain strong for listings, with May surprisingly outperforming traditionally busy Spring selling months like September and October.
  • Sales Trends: Unconditional sales trends are less aggressive, indicating longer days on market or withdrawn sales.
  • Opportunities: More appraisals, listings and sales mean more opportunities for agents, making vendor and relationship management crucial for success.

Premium Power-Ups – Maximising Your Value

The updates to our premium tier are designed to maximise value for our users. Here’s what’s new:

Prospector 2.0:

  • First up is the revamped Prospector module with user interface improvements to sharpen your prospecting.
  • Integration with CoreLogic giving you access to On The Market data for prospecting outside your database.
  • Easily see properties in core areas on a map view that don’t have owner information.

Digital Proposals:

  • We’ve added a new Digital Proposal feature that was formerly known as Proposal Point+.
  • This allows you to create professional looking digital proposals to accompany your appraisals, showcasing your services and help you win new business. 
  • Some recent updates include the ability to design and save your templates that fit your agency style.
  • And it’s integrated better with Agentbox so you can track the progress of the proposal without leaving your CRM.

Agentbox X Console Cloud Integration

We have introduced the integration between Agentbox and Console Cloud, making collaboration between sales and property management smoother and more efficient.

  • New sales are potentially new managements, especially if they buyer is an investor, and you never want to miss a potential new sale from your agency’s rent roll! Two-way referrals between Agentbox and Console Cloud ensure that you never miss a sale from your rent roll again.
  • The integration that we have built allows property managers using Console Cloud to send referrals from landlords looking to sell, including all property details and notes into Agentbox.
  • The reverse is also possible, you can easily send a referral to your property managers when you sell a property, and the buyer is an investor.
  • With the Prospector module, you can also quickly see properties under management in Console Cloud so that you can choose to include or exclude them in your prospecting activities.

Website Updates

We’ve made several updates to Agentbox Websites to enhance user experience and provide better tools for agents:

  • New Content Editor: More control over your website content.
  • Swell Template: Enhanced user experience and high-end look.
  • New Features: Off-market listings, case studies module and combined listings.
  • Migration Benefits: Fast loading pages, mobile responsiveness, better SEO and tighter integration with Agentbox CRM.

Connections with Move Me In

After surveying our Agentbox clients, we discovered a common concern: the communication between salespeople and clients often drops off between exchange and settlement – that critical 4 to 6 week period after a purchase. During this time, salespeople are frequently focused on their next transaction, leaving new homeowners without the support they need.

To bridge the gap, we introduced Move Me In. This fully integrated, white-labelled concierge service within Agentbox guides clients through every step of the settlement journey. Whether it’s getting electricity and gas set up, finding a locksmith or securing insurance, Move Me In ensures a smooth transition for your clients.

Most importantly, as a business, you’ll benefit from every connection created through Move Me In. We offer commissions in return, with 40-50% of Agentbox user fees being paid back to agents. This not only provides an additional revenue stream but also helps offset tech stack costs, which area major concern for the industry.

We’re thrilled to share some of the exciting new features and enhancements we have in the pipeline. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming soon:

Reapit Family Integrations:

We’re deepening our integration with Console Cloud to make referrals and data sharing smoother and more efficient. This means a more seamless experience and better collaboration between your sales and management teams.

Analytics+:

Our new Business Intelligence tool for Agentbox will offer enhanced KPI and office franchise reports. We’re also consolidating reporting with Console Cloud to give you a more comprehensive view of your data. Plus, we’re adding cool new features like Pulse and email to keep you informed and connected.

Mobile App:

We’ve got a bunch of exciting updates coming to our mobile app, including:

  • A fresh interface update to make it more user-friendly
  • A dedicated OFI landing page
  • Improved universal search to help what you need faster
  • Enhanced email features based on your feedback
  • A complete UI refresh for a better overall experience

Reapit Connect:

Security and convenience are top priorities, so we’re rolling out multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all clients. Plus, you’ll soon be able to use Single Sign-On with all Reapit family products, making it easier to manage your tools and store data securely.

Agentbox Websites:

We’re giving a special gift to our legacy clients – a migration and two years of free upgrades. Additionally, we’re rolling out new website templates that are designed to make your online presence shine.
