Our Elevate ’24 Product Release event was an exciting moment for everyone invested in Reapit’s vision of creating a truly unified platform. What’s new in PropTech for Property Sales?

We kicked off by exploring the latest in PropTech, and unsurprisingly, AI was the hot topic. AI is reshaping the real estate world, making tasks more efficient and personalised. By how does it help you, the agent? Here’s three key ways AI is making a mark in real estate:

  1. Automations & Workflows: By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, AI allows you to focus more on high-value activities.
  2. Content Creation: Think ChatGPT but for your business. Soon, Reapit products will help you generate content for proposals, letters and even property descriptions.
  3. Propensity Scoring: AI-powered propensity scoring will take the guesswork out of identifying potential buyers. By analysing huge data sets, you can understand who’s ready to buy or sell, simplifying your sales efforts.

Properties Under Management in Prospector

One of the standout features from the Elevate ’24 event was the integration of Properties Under Management (PUM) in Prospector. This exciting update elevates the Agentbox Prospector module by now including properties managed by your property management team (provided they’re also using Console Cloud).

This means your sales and property management data is finally working together, enhancing your prospecting accuracy and fostering better collaboration between your sales and property management teams.

We revealed some exciting updates to Agentbox Proposals, designed to make your proposal management smoother and more efficient. Whether you’re managing listings or property management offers, these new features will save you time and help you stay organised.

Here’s a look at the key updates:

  • Pinning Proposals: You can now pin important proposals to the top of your dashboard, giving you easy access to the ones you use most frequently. No more digging around – it’s all right there, ready when you need it.
  • Datasource Management: We’ve made it easier for you to manage your CoreLogic and Pricefinder connections, so you can include market data directly in your proposals. This not only adds more value for your clients but also ensures that your proposals are data-backed and accurate.
  • RateMyAgent Integration: If you have a RateMyAgent subscription, you can now integrate your reviews and testimonials directly into your proposals. Even better, you don’t need a dedicated agency subscription for this – it’s all handled through your individual account.
  • New Templates: We’ve also introduced new proposal templates, including the Price Update and Property Management pre-list templates. These templates are designed to make the process of preparing proposals faster and easier, with formats tailored to your specific needs.

These premium enhancements reflect our commitment to improving your workflow and ensuring you can offer the best possible experience for your clients.

Enhancements Making Your Day-to-Day Easier

In addition to the major product updates, we introduced a few other Agentbox enhancements that will simplify your workflows and help you stay on top of your property listings.

  • Appraisal Walkthroughs: Now, you can take photos during appraisal walkthroughs using the Agentbox Mobile App, allowing you to easily document the condition of the property right on-site.   • Listing Photos: You now have more control over which property photos you can include or exclude in your marketing materials. This feature makes it simple to tailor your listings to show only the best images, helping you present each property in the best possible light.
  • Edit Live Listings Price Permission: Flexibility is key, and this new permission gives you greater control over editing the marketing content of a listing while ensuring compliance. You can make changes to listings without worrying about altering prices, keeping the process secure and efficient.
