Agentbox at AREC 2017

In today’s blog, Managing Director Eddie Cetin reflects on AREC 2017 and Agentbox’s decisive new look. Did you attend AREC 2017? What did you enjoy most about the stellar event?

There’s a first time for everything – and 2017 was Agentbox’s debut at Australia’s premiere real estate conference, AREC. It was a pleasure to feature as an exhibitor at AREC, showcasing our award-winning CRM and bespoke real estate website offering to Australian real estate’s early adopters. If there’s one thing most delegates took from the conference, it’s that technology is the future of our industry.

In sync with AREC’s byline ‘The Future of Real Estate Has Arrived’, Agentbox proudly launched our powerful new branding and dynamic website over the weekend of AREC 2017. With a punchy palette of deep sage and charcoal, clients and clients-to-be alike loved our fresh new look. Whilst it was quite a team effort to coordinate the launch of our rebrand, our website and our booth at AREC – the positive feedback and new relationships built were absolutely worth the passion and hard yards! It was also a real boon to enjoy a feature interview with Elite Agent Magazine, who sat down for a ‘deep dive’ with Agentbox’s David and Tristan.

Over the AREC weekend, Agentbox was the recipient of more happy news – namely, that Real Estate Business magazine had revealed data on the CRM of choice for Australia’s Top 100 Agents. Agentbox came out as the number one database of choice for 27% of the 100 leading agents, and the number one database of choice for 40% of Australia’s Top 10 Agents. Numbers don’t lie – and neither do the next-level reports produced by our CRM! We were so excited to celebrate both the success of our clients and the additional influence, amplification and power the Agentbox ‘marketing machine’ had offered them.

Whilst manning our Agentbox booth at AREC, we had the chance to catch up with many current clients, and to introduce ourselves and our service to the wider property community. It was gratifying to demonstrate the Agentbox mobile app in real-time, allowing agents to get a taste of our new offering’s power and ease of use, to observe our innovation in the CRM space and to see where Agentbox – and real estate technology – is headed. Attending AREC was also an amazing opportunity to answer questions about our CRM and real estate website solution, to receive feedback on our service – and to remind everyone that the Agentbox Academy is now available. All this interaction empowered new clients to see how easily they can now pull all their client data and real estate systems and processes into one neat platform – saving them and their administration team time, and amplifying their capacity to win business.

Collaboration is truly the name of the game, and team Agentbox were delighted to network with other platforms and explore the possibility of more integrations with their services and software – we want to keep our clients at the cutting edge of real estate technology, and if working with other expert businesses propels us there faster, we’re all for it! So – AREC 2017 is done and dusted. Truth be told, we’re chomping at the bit for #AREC18!
